In a distressing turn of events, the aviation industry faces another devastating blow as a pilot from IndiGo Airlines fainted and tragically passed away just moments before boarding a flight from Nagpur to Pune. This marks the third pilot fatality in a span of only two days, sending shockwaves through the aviation community.

The experienced captain, who was set to lead the flight, collapsed near the boarding gate, stunning airport staff and passengers alike. The incident follows similar recent occurrences on Qatar Airways and LATAM, raising concerns about the fatigue Pilots facing recently due to work hours.

As per sources, A senior official from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) stated that the deceased pilot had received a substantial 27-hour rest period before his ill-fated flight.

Tragically, the pilot was scheduled to helm four flights on the day of his collapse. He was rushed to a hospital, but he was ultimately declared as brought dead.
